What should I bring?
__You may want to bring a credit card or cash to purchase refreshments or souvenirs.
__Small bags only! Please do not bring backpacks/rucksacks, medium or large bags, oversized purses or shopping bags. They are not allowed in certain venues.
Do we stop to take photos?
__Yes! Jonny is a pro at capturing photos of your adventures on the Strip. He takes plenty of photos along the way and shares them with you after the tour at no additional cost.
__Please do not bring photography equipment, video cameras, retro-box cameras or long-lens cameras on the tour. They are not allowed in certain venues due to paparazzi and filming restrictions.
PG-13 Advisory
__The tour features details of the shenanigans that made Sunset Strip an iconic destination, so this adventure is most suitable for adults.
__Participants must be age 13 and above and all minors must be accompanied by adults.
What if I'm going to be late?
__PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE. PLAN ON ARRIVING EARLY. PLAN FOR TRAFFIC.
__Be aware that travel times in Los Angeles are often a lot longer due to traffic.
__Please call or text if you are running late.
__All tours leave on time out of respect for the other tour members.
Where do we meet?
__The tour starts across the street from Barney's Beanery in West Hollywood at the Sal Guarriello Memorial Park fountain.
__The address is 8441 Santa Monica Blvd., West Hollywood, 90069
__Your confirmation email will include location information, including details about meeting and parking.
__The tour ends at or near the starting location.
How long does the tour last?
__The time varies depending upon the pace of your group.
__The tours averages 3 1/2 hours from start to finish.
__Approximately 10,000 steps, so please wear comfortable walking shoes :)
Should I make Dinner Reservations for after the tour?
__Dinner Reservations are NOT recommended because the end time of the tour is not precise.
__The vibe of the Strip and the pace of the tour often influence the time we finish.
__There are plenty of choices nearby for a full dinner or a bite that don't require a reservation.
__Believe it or not, some restaurants charge up to $100 to cancel a reservation on the same night!

__Secure online booking via Fare Harbor.
Is it okay to tip?
__Yes it is! Tipping is not mandatory, but is a great way to let Jonny know how much you enjoyed the tour.
Cancellations & weather?
__Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Can I book a tour at a time not shown on the Booking Calendar?
__Requests for time changes can sometimes be arranged. Contact me and I'll try to accommodate your needs.
What should I wear on the tour?
__Most important ... wear comfortable walking shoes!
__Sandals, heels, and thongs are not recommended.
__It's usually sunny in L.A., but check the weather and wear layers if it's cool.
__Don't forget your sunglasses. Most days you will want to wear sunscreen and maybe a hat if you're sensitive to the sun.
Will there be water on the tour?
__We pass by places where water can be purchased.
__ And, of course, you can bring your own water bottle.
Restrooms?
__Yes! Restrooms are available along the tour route.
What is the pace of the walking tour?
__We walk at a brisk pace because there is so much to see!
__Please let Jonny know if you need to stop and take a break.
Waivers?
__You will be signing a basic waiver. Click on this link if you'd like to read it in advance.
__If you'd like a copy of your signed waiver, please feel free to take a photo of your waiver.
__Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult with legal guardianship.
__Parents/guardians will be asked to sign a waiver for the accompanied minor.
Face Masks
__Masks are not required at this time.
__Tour Guests are welcome to wear masks according to personal preference.
Health Information
__Jonny has been fully vaccinated and will not conduct a tour if experiencing symptoms of Covid-19.
__If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, please either reschedule your tour or request a refund.
__If a tour is cancelled due to health concerns, your tour can be rescheduled or refunded according to your preference.
Proof of Vaccine
__No proof of vaccine is required at this time.
__If you are not able to take a tour due to concerns about Covid, your tour can be rescheduled or refunded according to your preference.
